  • Contribute / support global compensation program such as merit planning, STI program, LIT program, recognition program, ensuring alignment with the business strategies and objectives.
  • Assist Regional TR Manager to conduct the annual compensation planning cycle – new salary range, salary structure development and ensuring the most cost effective salary changes and highest level of equity across functions/departments.

  • Assist manager with providing advisory services, reviewing and developing current C&B programs, carrying out benchmarking exercises, monitoring C&B trends, as well as effectively communicating the various C&B programs within APAC.
  • Perform analysis as requested by other team members in support of broader initiatives within TR function.
  • Support and work closely with Regional TR team on the project management and implementation of reward activities, such as  engineering retention project, benefits harmonization, wellness project, EAP project, service award program, high, salary spend monitoring, compensation and other survey participation.
  • Coach, counsel and educate reginal iHR and other HR functions on C&B policies and practices.
