  • Create a list of target companies via online research, channel partnerships and HGST sales history.
  • Identify and lead opportunities to account development
  • Develops and maintains working relationships with similar and /or complementary companies to include teaming and partnership discussions.
  • Work with channel partners to create strategic relationships that help with new account creation.
  • Participates and attends sales functions/professional association meetings outside of regular business hours, as required.
  • Get to the key decision maker(s) to meet and present product roadmap and strategy. Work with Marketing Lead Generation team to manage incoming leads from events
  • Cold Calling, emails, phone calls, texts, social networking of key prospects
  • Help manage SF.com prospect list
  • Research and Develop Engagement Plan for Prospect Accounts
  • Research and Develop Engagement Plan for Decision Makers
  • Coordinate phone calls and introduction meetings with Sr. Sales and Technical teams.
  • Monitor News, VC Funding for new potential prospects to be added to list
  • Help Corporate Marketing with staffing booths at Events
  • Setup regular meetings with partners (Distributors, VARs, Integrators) sales teams to engage with customers
  • Get partners sales associates to partner on end customer opportunities
  • Must have a Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Accounting, Economics with 0-2 years of professional work experience
