General Description: Evaluates and analyze the shopfloor system capability in term of process control. Ensures activities and items are in compliance with both company quality assurance standards and applicable government regulations. Work close with IT team on new enhancement in shop floor system control and perform user testing together with IT and process owner before deployment to the production environment. Be the subject matter expert in shop floor system control. Ensure the right control is in place for new products. Perform periodic audit to ensure all shopfloor control is in place without changes. Be the central team to make any changes to the shop floor system configuration and analyse with manufacturing quality team whether the change is valid.
Skills/Experience: Requires BS/BA degree or equivalent with 5 or more years of related experience. The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment. Self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people. A proven desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team. Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
