Essential Functions:
Responsible for the day to day support and administration of Agile PLM 9.3.x system; participate in critical problem solving and advanced troubleshooting
Participate in the analysis, design, configuration, development and implementation of business process and enhancements in Agile PLM 9.3.x system
Develop and support Agile API SDK based process extensions and Java custom programs
Take ownership of existing PX and custom programs and provide support in terms of identifying and resolving program level bugs.
Monitor and support integration between PLM and downstream Systems, including ERP, PDH, etc.
 Planning, design, implementation, and upgrades of PLM infrastructureWork closely with Oracle Managed Cloud Service to troubleshoot product and infrastructure issues
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems or equivalent, master’s degree preferred5+ years’ of experience working as a technical analyst/developer with Agile PLM 9.3.x
Functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Agile PLM modules (PC is must, PG&C, PPM and PQM preferred)
Experience administering Agile 9.3.x or above (create/Modify WF, Roles and Privileges, ACS, use of Agile admin tools, create events, handlers and subscribers, manage data, system, server and user settings)
Proficiency in working with Java/J2EE, Oracle SQL, Oracle WebLogic, Tomcat
Proficiency in LINUX and Windows OS  (including writing batch scripts in Windows and cron jobs in Unix)Proficiency in Agile SDK, PX, WSX, XSLT, WSDL, Groovy scripting and Event Management, AIS, Agile Core Services
Knowledge and understanding of Agile PLM data schema and elements
Experience in the design and development of eCAD and mCAD integrations in/out of Agile PLM
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure and to efficiently handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
