  • Develop, implement and oversee the maintenance of compensation and benefits programs
  • Establish and review salary structures annually
  • Monitor and evaluate compensation and benefit programs to ensure competitiveness with trends, practices and costs
  • Engage insurance brokers and vendors for smooth delivery of programs
  • Facilitate employee wellness initiatives
  • Manage ad-hoc Total Rewards projects as needed
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in any field (preferably Human Resource Management)
  • A minimum of 4 / 8 years of experience in Human Resources – Compensation & Benefits in a multinational ‘manufacturing’ companies
  • Master’s Degree or above in the field of Human Resources would be advantageous
  • Previous organizations with over 6,000 employees ++ would be advantageous
  • Knowledge and experience using WORKDAY would be advantageous
  • Demonstrate a great level of English proficiency (written / verbal)
  • Highly numerical and meticulous in detail (proficient in MSOffice)
  • Strong listening and communication skills with extensive knowledge of local labor regulations
  • Excellent research, analytical, problem solving and project management skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a team environment
