Service Desk Analyst

Location: Biñan, Laguna, Philippines

The person will perform the analysis of Service Now tickets, recommend solution if there are abnormal trends. Act as team lead in a group of Deskside support personnel

Essential Duties and Responsibilities              

  • Ticket queue management
  • Communicate with end users
  • Generate reports
  • Analyze ticket Trends and provide recommendations

Qualifications and Skill

  • BS Degree in computer related course
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience
  • Experienced in using MS Office applications, Internet Browsers



  • experience in using ServiceNow


  • excellent oral and written communication skills
  • ability to understand users problem on IT Tools and relay to assigned teams
