Essential Duties and responsibilities:

  • Design and execution of EMEA annual training plans, based on business goals and corporate guidelines (needs analysis, plan design and execution, budget management , effectiveness assessment) 
  • Overall responsibility for training plans execution in EMEA region, end-to-end
  • Implementation of global TMOD processes and programs 
  • Delivering trainings and facilitating sessions for managers and employees
  • Support roll out of regional leadership development programs 
  • Maintain and enhance Internal Communication platforms 
  • Implementation of regional Diversity & Inclusion program
  • Monitor Learning & Development programs effectiveness, and continuously act to enhance it
  • Keep training records and metrics

Qualifications and skills:

  • BA in relevant degree, Masters- an advantage
  • 3-5 years of experience in Learning& Development positions within global organizations (tech organizations- an advantage)
  • Experience in delivering HR training and group facilitation
  • Team player

  • End to end execution abilities
