Senior Manager WW Partner Marketing

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Grow Western Digital’s revenue and profit from Western Digital’s partner base
Establish partner marketing global strategy, goals and metrics in alignment with the business goals to enhance profitability and future growth
Manage global lead generation programs, aka WD Direct (Europe) or HGST equivalent
Define, establish and execute partner tools, communications, marketing programs and roadmap globally and aligning with the regions
Sizing of the global market, customer base and market structure, tiers and verticals
Track and report partners’ quality and quantity metrics, result and institute improvement/enhancement plan
Collaborate and enable channel marketing and sales teams in customer acquisition, vertical and market development
Own business processes workflow for POS databases, news, content, communication, reward and results/payout and payment processes
Build partner program alliances with strategic IT/Consumer/IoT/Surveillance companies and channel media/groups to establish platform for new growth ventures
Manage & consolidate the worldwide partner rewards system, eligibility, budgets and payments processing into one system
Ensure processes, database, business rules and tools/system are audit compliance
Manage 3rd party service providers operations, conduct QBR reviews with the regions and various stakeholders
Provide periodic reporting of partner program performance metrics on business contribution and quality metrics
Support and lead regional partner business marketing teams in driving short and long term goals

BA Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing or Social Sciences (MBA preferred)
Minimum 7 years related experience or in business and marketing required. Experience should include extensive market analysis, business model, marketing plan backed by data analysis and use of database tools, preferably in a business with large volumes of products and sales.
Strong data analytic skills and well developed project management skills
Digital Marketing & Distribution Channel experience would be an advantage
preferable 3 lingual
