1. Use Contract Lifecycle Management System to facilitate and process contract request;2. Facilitate internal document approval and signoff process; 3. Maintain the database of PRC laws and regulations applicable to SanDisk’s business activities in PRC, creating summaries of the PRC regulatory development when required;4. Coordinate with colleagues in headquarter/APAC region to provide corporate secretary support for legal entities in APAC region; 5. Legal documents filing and record keeping;6. Review business contracts and legal documents assigned by legal counsel;7. Translate legal document from time to time;8. Other works assigned by legal counsel from time to time.
