WD India is responsible for Product R&D (research and development), Supply chain strategy & optimization, Product Planning, POM (Product operations management) & IT (Information Technology) from the time the memory wafers leave our factories in Asia, until they are confirmed and shipped to our customers in final product form.
Functional Leadership Program has a vision to create a cohort of cross functional leaders who plan, execute and drive our global business strategy and has a mission to provide a cross-functional business exposure to high potential university hires and develop their technical, operational and leadership skills. As a Functional Leadership Talent (FLT), you will take part in the Functional Leadership Program, which will provide you with multiple opportunities, both cross functionally and geographically. You will spend 36 months rotation program which allows you to rotate 3 times (12m-12m-12m) across various Functions.
Job rotation may include following functions:
•Supply chain strategy and process
•Product operations management for retail
•R & D program management
•Product planning for retail products
•Manufacturing in China and Malaysia
•MBA with Disciplines in Operations, Finance or General Management with under graduate in Engineering or Masters in Engineering
•This position is restricted to New College Graduates (NCGs). SanDisk defines NCGs as an individual who is currently enrolled in an accredited degree program or has graduated in the past year.
