Senior Manager, Sales Development Team
Manages teams of enterprise sales development representatives and managers responsible for following up on marketing generated leads in the commercial mid-market and enterprise market segments. Also responsible for penetrating a set of “greenfield” identified target accounts. Develops, communicates and executes on specific sales strategies.
Manages multiple teams of sales development representatives.
Carries a meeting quota for the commercial enterprise, enterprise and target accounts.
Build sales development team priorities to deliver business targets and build outbound campaigns to create new business opportunities.
Work effectively and collaboratively with Outside sales team in US and EMEA to achieve market growth and business goal.
Advanced understanding of complexities of the environment and works internally to solve complex business issues.
Drives focus with cross-business functions and business internally process and sales development team productivity improvement.
Inspiring leader to provide effective coaching and feedback to team members and support team members’ career development success.
Strong ability to set priorities and keep team focused on the important tasks. Strategic thinker with strong execution ability to achieve result.
Drives training and development plans for organization.
Motivates and drives performance.

Good understanding of the customer/industry climate.
What We Need From You:
B.A/B.S college degree
5 years B2B technology telesales management/leadership experience
Experience in data storage/virtualization preferred
Consultative and solution prospecting/selling expertise
History of effectively managing a large inside sales development team
Superior written/oral communication and presentation skills
Experience using Microsoft Office applications, Salesforce.com, and/or other CRM applications
Proven track record of exceeding business targets
Experience with sales enablement tools including but not limited to Salesforce.com, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Insidesales.com & power auto dialer, business intelligence tools and report on all sales activities and results using Salesforce.com
