Conducting Risk Assessment AuditCoordinate Security Awareness  and Supply Chain awareness program Support the Self-assessment on C-TPAT requirements To ensure the supply chain security methodologies including logistic, material, procurement and inventory control are being adhere and enforced.Assisting the Loss Prevention Activities on high risk product and process controls (Operational Risk Management) To Analyze and identify area for opportunities to strengthen internal processes and minimize risk of loss. Conducting weekly Loss Prevention Audit`s and Reporting To maintains accuracy and regularly updating site security policies and proceduresImplements, enforce and adapts to Brand Protection & security requirements at all timesCoordinate and drive Kaizen and SGA activities to mitigate Risk to product and IP (Brand Protection)Assists Management whenever security incidents occurred and supervises the implementation of agreed corrective actions, recommendations and to close any identified gaps.To ensure the incident data are reported on timely manner to the Management and conducting Investigation.Coordinating Security training program for the outsource Security Assistants.Drive the Certification Program for the outsource Security Assistant, to ensure competency.  Develops Security SOP / WI and guidelines for handling of company assets.To ensure the NPI of customers / our IP and proprietary control procedures are implemented and protected.Assisting to ensuring business continuity in case of any crisis or emergencies.Closing gaps and adapting/improving the existing security measures in place to local management needs.Must be able to perform night shift as and whenever requiredAssist Loss Prevention to have the security operations, system and loss prevention team have close loop to have an end to end coverage, control and eliminate the gaps. Assist the Loss Prevention team to have all the risk elements are tracked and updated in the weekly and monthly meeting to the department and management.
