  • Provide support for Brazil accounts for all channels (OEM, Distribution); working with customers and internal teams

  • Broad based knowledge of order to cash process, order processing flows and supply commit process

  • Understanding of business/shipping terms and impact on WD cash flow and revenue recognition

  • Provide analysis for customer reports and other ad hoc analysis

  • Review daily backlog and requests for supply adjustments

  • Comprehend qualification schedules, requirements, status, hardware/firmware configurations and able to relate any customer impact

  • Build, maintain and generate internal analytics

  • Monitor customer weeks of inventory metrics, highlight to Business Unit/Sales and adjust shipments as required

  • Manage backlog, monitor order holds and alignment for Cash planning/targets





  • Any combination equivalent to, but not limited to, the following:

    • B.A. in any field, preferably Business Administration or equivalent work experience

    • 5 – 8 years of experience


  • IT/Telecom/Electronic Industry highly preferred

  • Account management, account servicing, corporate customer service, sales operations, or similar role

  • Sales order, backlog and forecast management

  • Proactive resolution of customer inquiries (system, logistic, rebate claims, payment, etc.)

  • Experienced with high tech industry as it relates to HDD/storage/computer business

Competencies (technical):

  • Oracle and SAP or comparable ERP system

  • MS Office - Excel (intermediate/advanced), Access, Word, PowerPoint

  • Knowledge of EDI concept
