  • Ensure machines are running full when there is no planned or unplanned activity
  • Monitor machine performance and utilization so that disks can be shipped to customer as per target
  • Make sure downstream operation is having enough supplies to continue running production
  • Adhere to IMS requirement on daily routine activities
  • Carry out line audit and maintain 7S housekeeping regularly
  • Adhere to work place safety / Environmental Health and Safety regulation and requirement (wearing PPE, chemical handling, know the exit door location and so on)
  • Ability to understand instructions and communicate effectively to peers and supervisor
  • Verify quantity in Mesa system vs Physical quantity is always tally
  • Verify CIM system before start running any machine and CIM scanning for lot transaction to next operation
  • Verify the correct product flow and product code from respective operation
  • Load and unload with the correct orientation
  • Understand the basic operating procedure of the handling process.
  • Monitor machine condition and highlight to Normal shift ET when there is any abnormalities
  • Equipment monitoring (ex: IRIS FA1, OSA, HC/RAMAN, OLSPC, Polar Kerr) and refer to Engineer if any of the indicators is out.
  • Perform disk sampling and sanity check
  • Verify cassette body, top & bot lid condition is good during load/unload activities
  • Ensure there is always inventory supplying to machines
  • Certificate or Diploma in Engineering (Electronics / Mechanical / Electrical) from Private College, Polytechnics, UTM / ITM or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience in engineering related work in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing environment. 
  • Possess good listening skills
  • Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
