ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, schedule, coordinate and/or monitor
final approval of products through the complete supply cycle.
- Develops and implements the company's
production control functions including any of the following activities, master
scheduling, production planning/coordination, shop scheduling and dispatching.
In addition, material requirements, planning systems, work-in-process tracking,
material and labor variance controls, and manufacturing performance reporting.
- Review weekly loading forecast
and capacity and resource readiness with IE.
- Align the resource requirement with US capacity planning and
follow up with related engineering and production team to ensure the planned
capacity is available on time.
- Define the back-end tester allocation and publish daily SMT
and back-end loading and scheduling plan based on the priority from system and
manual pull-in request.
- Equipment level schedule balancing key equipment utilization
and on time delivery.
- Monitor the loading and output status to ensure quarterly
goal is on track.

- Bachelor Degree
in IT/ Supply Chain Management/ Management / Science/ Industrial Engineer/Mathematics/
- 5 or more years
of related experience in Master Scheduling or Production Planning, Ad-Hoc
analysis related to supply planning activities to identify root cause of shortage
to forecast and/or orders; CM (Contract Manufacturer) management experience and
project management experience would be an added advantage.
- Ability to work
independently with internal customers at all levels & with various cultural
- Knowledge of
applications such as MS Excel, MS Access & SQL
- Very strong data
anaalytics, presentation, and communication skills
experienced in extracting, manipulating and reporting data from multiple
- ERP knowledge. SAP experience is preference.
- Production control experience.
- Fluent in Microsoft Excel.
- Short experiences in
Supply chain and order management are additional advantages
