Basic knowledge of PC, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, email, internet, phone, fax, and copier.

Reads, writes and speaks English well.

Reads and interprets technical documents and diagrams.

Creates and maintains status reports.

Writes routine reports, work procedures and correspondence.

Effectively presents information and respond to questions from peers, engineers and managers, both verbally and in writing.

§ Add, subtract, multiply and divide, calculate rates, percent’s, weight, area and volume.

Draw and interpret bar graphs, and other graphs blue prints, and technical diagrams.

Interprets a variety of information furnished in written, oral, diagram, graph or schedule form.

Deals with problems involving several concrete and abstract variables § Communicate effectively with peers, managers and outside personnel.

Strong time-management and multi-tasking skills.

Must be a team player.

Work with, persuade and influence a variety of employees in a variety of functions to solve problems

§ Maintain appropriate work-place behavior.

Requires Universal Refrigerant Certification


5 + years of Industrial Maintenance in high tech facility with an emphasis on

electrical/mechanical trades Must possess an air conditioning certificate or

equivalent Responsible for all critical building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other infrastructure as well as process systems such as Process Cooling water,

Process Vacuum and High Purity Gases  

Serves as primary point for the response to and management of emergency and critical situations affecting site infrastructure

Functions as Site Emergency Response Team Member Works with, persuades and influences a variety of employees in a variety of functions to solve problems Assists in expediting complex facilities troubleshooting efforts implementing effective and timely corrective actions Assists in the development of procedures and corrective actions. 

Performs a variety of mechanical and electrical work for small projects.   Follows established procedures to perform preventative maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance tasks as assigned.   Assists in revising standard operating and PM procedures.

Must be willing to work any shift and be available for over time.
