This position will be part of a 24x7 support team that monitors the operational status of IT systems.  The position is responsible to conduct basic diagnostics, escalate any issues that will be encountered



·         Part of 24x7 support

·         Monitor Dashboards of Servers and Networks

·         Perform level 1 diagnosis of a system or network outage

·         Execute predefined tasks to fix a known problem or monitoring alert

·         Escalate issues to next level of support in agreed time limits

·         Attend to end user inquiries and issues encountered




·         Basic Windows Server Operation Skill

·         Basic Networking LAN/WAN/Wireless Knowledge

·         Working knowledge of physical IT infrastructure components

·         Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering or relevant field

·         At least 3 years working experience in IT Supporting infrastructure
