HR Operations PM, People Data Management

People Data Administration:
  • Respond to and resolve complex Workday transaction inquiries or issues escalated up from the HR Support team within defined SLAs and support standards
  • Provide ad hoc and custom report solutions as needed for customers or HR team members when escalated from HR Support team
  • Monitor transactions in review and approval funnel and work with HR Support team and HRBPs to act on transactions at risk of being delayed or requiring follow up with the business
  • Set and monitor data controls and regular audits for RSC transactions to ensure quality standards are met and to reduce compliance risk
  • Support bulk data load file creation and regional ops reviews with business and HR as appropriate to ensure integrity of the bulk data requests sent to the Global Service Center (GSC) for processing
  • Update and maintain knowledge base information, online content for customers, and other documentation for up-to-date Workday and people data management practices

Process Governance & Continuous Improvement:

  • Represent assigned region with global People Data Management communities and projects ensuring that self-service transactions and HR system data elements meet the legal and business needs as required
  • Participate as member of global People Data Management Virtual Team chartered with improving data quality globally and simplifying the manager and employee experience in self-service transactions and reporting
  • Lead assigned region to perform regular people data audits and to ensure actions taken as required
  • Perform regular audits on process controls and data quality for assigned region as part of global quality and compliance practices
  • Working with global team, define and champion people data definitions, uses and standards with managers, employees and HR team members in assigned region
  • Analyze Workday transactions to find improvement opportunities both regionally and globally
  • 5 + years HR experience, preferably in a high-tech environment
  • Excellent customer service skills required
  • Experience providing data analysis or creating reports highly preferred and prior HRIS experience helpful
  • Experience working in HR shared services environment also preferred
  • Comfortable and experienced in processing workflow, transactions and data changes using HR systems such as Workday and Taleo
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment, build consensus and promote the exchange of information among project team members
  • Ability to promote and implement changes to current practices and processes
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and changing priorities
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Subject matter expertise and practical work experience in multiple HR functional domains
  • Intermediate to Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and ability to adapt to change
