This position will be part of a 24x7 support team that monitors the operational status of IT systems. The position is responsible to conduct basic diagnostics, escalate any issues that will be encountered
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Part of 24x7 support team
Monitor Dashboards of Servers and Networks.
Perform level 1 diagnosis of a system or network outage
Execute predefined tasks to fix a known problem or monitoring alert
Escalate issues to next level of support in agreed time limits
Attend to end user inquiries and issues encountered
Basic Windows Server Operation Skill
Basic Networking LAN/WAN/Wireless Knowledge
Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering or related field
At least 2 years working experience in IT supporting infrastructure
Willing to work in Shifting Schedule
