ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
POSITION SUMMARY:
  • Inventory control function management, Factory & CM management & Inventory reconciliation; production orders follow up and Cycle time control, E&O and non-net material disposition
  • Process standardization & Global Inventory projects Management and implementation;
  • Report Center, Set up the database and dispatch technology to WDC flash global site
  • Lead WDC Factories and CM Physical Inventory
  • Global wafer sales coordination
  • Inventory control web server maintenance and development
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Direct & manage inventory control team to perform the inventory control operations for the following activities:
  • Process standardization & Global Inventory projects Management and implementation;
  • Drive Disposition for Non-Moving Inventory & RMA material;
  • Physical Inventory and Cycle Count Coordination with Finance, Operations (Report Monthly);
  • Inventory Reconciliation & discrepancy resolution;
  • Detail comments "root & cause” if line item discrepancies exist;
  • Understand & enhance B2B mapping, Location mapping, Transaction mapping, Part number mapping;
  • MRB -Material Review Board, drive weekly meeting disposition;
  • Inventory Adjustments and Co-ordination with Finance;
  • Drive E & O (Excess& Obsolete) Material;
  • Drive Production Order - Purchase Order close exceptions;
  • Perform audits with WDC internal &/or external auditors relate to inventory issues;
  • Support Quarterly/Month End revenue recognition cut-off activities;
  • Facilitate ERP Enhancements within the Inventory Management Areas (Prefer to have ERP experience in Production Planning & Material Management module);
  • Analyze Failure transaction from B2B and work with IT to implement short-term and long-term solutions;
  • Maintain Inventory Accuracy between WDC ERP and CM ERP;
  • Communication with user, buyer and vendor for any emergency and consumption monitoring
 
 
QUALIFICATIONS
 
REQUIRED:
  • Require BS/BA degree or equivalent with 3 or more years of related experience;
  • The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment. Self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people;
  • A proved desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team;
  • Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems;
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadline;
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiar with office applications, know programming (VB / VBA / Java / C#) is a plus.
  • Sounded MRP knowledge and Oracle Cloud skills
