ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 


  • Coordinate IT Service Desk support (Level 1) for site Office Automation.
  • Manage IT SLA & IT Services Incident Management.
  • Coordinate IT Security support (Level 1)
  • Site enforce for IT Security, Patch Management and Security Deployment
  • Manage site IT Infrastructure deployment of hardware and software
  • Synergy with Global IT Teams to deliver global projects at SDSM.
  • Responsible for Accounts Management (request, creation, termination, change, review).
  • Coordinate and manage business requirements into IT Solution in the area of IT Office Services.
  • Responsible to ensure site governance and audit compliance
