ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate IT Service Desk support (Level 1) for site Office Automation.
- Manage IT SLA & IT Services Incident Management.
- Coordinate IT Security support (Level 1)
- Site enforce for IT Security, Patch Management and Security Deployment
- Manage site IT Infrastructure deployment of hardware and software
- Synergy with Global IT Teams to deliver global projects at SDSM.
- Responsible for Accounts Management (request, creation, termination, change, review).
- Coordinate and manage business requirements into IT Solution in the area of IT Office Services.
- Responsible to ensure site governance and audit compliance
