ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supporting the sales and business unit teams to ensure that backlog is booked, scheduled, and shipped to meet the monthly and/or quarterly goals. This includes working with the supply chain to ensure that allocation and supply is properly aligned to support the business.
  • Additionally, this is a customer facing role where we do our best to meet the needs of the customer while also working with the customer to obtain what is needed from them
  • The individual will be responsible for monitoring scorecard management of Western Digital performance with our major customers including performance to shipment measurements, challenging compliance charges, and review of order to forecast/commits.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • BA/BS in related field with 5+ years’ experience.
