Backed by the strong portfolio of consumer storage solutions, the consumer sales channel is looking for an experienced online sales manager to drive the business growth of the assigned online accounts. The incumbent is expected to plan, collaborate and execute the sales plan to achieve the assigned business goals.
Key responsibilities
  • Own the online sales plan and quota for the assigned accounts
  • Collaborate with distributors, channel marketing, and corporate marketing to provide the necessary support to key online sales partners
  • Own the account relationship management, aligning the account focus with the company goals
  • Execute the product strategy applicable for the assigned accounts
  • Coach and develop the competency of the assigned accounts to exceed the targets
  • Assigned accounts / channels quota performance
  • Country sales quota performance
  • Co-own online programs ROI with marketing
  • Product marketing metrics e.g. HP mix, SSD achievement
  • Share of wallets of key partners
  • The position will report to Senior Director, Consumer Sales Channels

Requirements - essential
  • university graduates, with a minimum of 5 years work experience in sales and marketing, of which at least 2 years are in online business
  • a highly motivated self-starter with a strong sense of urgency
  • analytical and strong numeracy
  • experience of working with jd.com and/or tmall
  • well-versed of online business acronyms, tactics and development
  • excellent communication with people at all levels
Requirements – preferred
  • experience of managing traditional retail channel
  • experience in the consumer technology business
  • experience of working in a US MNC
